I acknowlege that Wilders Kennel & Dog Training will make every reasonable effort to help me achieve my training goals but makes no guarantee of the dog’s performance or behaviour. This is due to one or more of the following: most of the hard work having to be done outside of the training session, genetics, breed, medical conditions.

i understand that wilders kennel & dog training operates as a fear free, positive reinforcement based training program; aversives such as shock , prong or choke collars will not be permitted to be used during scheduled sessions regardless of if provided.

i am aware and understand that there is always some unavoidable risk of injury involved when working with animals. I acknowledge my absolute responsibility to follow instructions, standards, guidelines and procedures established by Wilders Kennel & Dog Training, its trainers, employee or agents. I recognize that I am voluntarily registering to participate in Wilders Kennel & Dog Training’s dog training services with the knowledge of the risks involved and hereby acknowledge and agree to assume any and all risks of injury, death, and/or property damage.

I understand that Wilders Kennel & Dog training reserves the right to maintain personal and public safety, which includes but is not limited to the use of a properly fitted and trained in Muzzle, termination, or refusal of services.

I admit to this registration form being completed with the most accurate information. BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND THAT I am VOLUNTARILY GIVING UP SUBSTANTIAL LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE BECKY WILSON/WILDERS KENNEL & DOG TRAINING, EFFECTIVE AS OF THIS DATE.
